From You Flowers ruined Mother's Day - FROM YOU FLOWERS
I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day to be delivered May,9th (last Friday). I purposely ordered 3 weeks in advance and chose Friday as the delivery date to ensure that my mother would receive her flowers in time for Mother's Day. Well, the flowers were never delivered, and no reason was ever given to me as to why they were not delivered. In fact, the florist never even informed me that they were not delivered. I called the number on the website to find out what happened. They told me they were sorry, and that they would give me a free upgrade (I'm guessing that means a bigger bouquet) and said that the flowers would be delivered Monday morning. Well, they were not delivered Monday morning (this morning), and when I contacted From You Flowers again, they called the florist who said that the flowers were never going to be delivered today. Again, I was not informed of this until I called. They had also never called my mother to apologize (which they had claimed they were going to do on Friday).
I am so disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I have received from this company, and they will not be receiving any future business from me.
