Dying roses and bad customer service - Flowers
This place is horrible. My boyfriend ordered roses and candy for me for valentines day. He paid extra to have them delivered at a certain time on vday. Instead I got them a day early which ruined any surprise and they were already dying. We called to complain and got a $20 gift card but to my surprise the shipping fees on most items is from $5-22 dollars. I tried to order a gift basket that cost $21 and the shipping was $22.97. Are you serious? Eventually I found cheap flowers with what I thought was free shipping. I added my gift card for $20 to pay for $30 flowers. It still asked me to pay $25 more. I called and they told me this was a service fee. Surprise. $14 to ensure quality. Yeah right. The first order was horrible. The manager said she could waive the $14 service fee but then I couldn't use the $20 gift card. Way to solve my problem. These people are horrible scam artists who don't care about customers at all. I'm giving the gift card away to someone's who's rich cuz this site is a rip off . P
