    When they sent me an e-mail saying they were delivered and they were not, I began to worry. I called them and was told it was just a big mistake, they were on their way. Five hours later the wrong bouquet was delivered. A cheaper kind of rose, cheap baby's breath as a filler, not the $140 arrangement in the picture. Stay away from these people.     I placed an order for a dozen roses to be sent to my girlfriends job on Wed 7/29. They were ordered with same day delivery and given instructions that the business closes at 3pm. NO DELIVERY Tuesday I asked for them to be redelivered Thurs to work but said she was going to be leaving at 1pm.     Worst flower delivery ever. Don't bother about choosing a specific bouquet or arrangement on their site. You are wasting your time as they will deliver whatever they want. Also don't waste your money on same day or early morning delivery as they will deliver whenever they feel like. We placed two orders and both were unacceptable wrong.     I can not believe it has happened.     I normally Google or Yelp a business, I wish I had in this case as I would have run as fast as I could have from them. To start, the deliver card had a totally misspelled name on it.     The worst!! Ordered flowers for a friend that had a baby at 1:30pm. Website says same day delivery if ordered by 3pm, recipients time zone.     DO NOT use this company EVER. They DO NOT deliver what they supposedly "guarantee" as far as deliveries go. They also will NOT tell you the name of the florist that is supposed to fulfill your order.     This place is horrible. My boyfriend ordered roses and candy for me for valentines day. He paid extra to have them delivered at a certain time on vday. My husband beat the crap out of this company and got our money back. They are terrible, I had two funerals the same day, one didn't make it, the other arrangement for a dear friend was atrocious. Carnations instead of a beautiful bouquet as pictured. They guarantee 100% but don't back it without a fight. Don't do business with these people.

I'm founding charging process dishonest and misleading. My total order amount has jumped from $29.99 to $48.00 at the check out after I have entered all credit card information.
