Flowers never delivered
Never will order flowers from here again! I ordered two sets of flowers to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. One set was delivered but not delivered at the time I asked them to, about 3 hours late. The other wasn't even sent out, when I called the customer service to complain and try to see what the issue was I was on hold for a full hour. When I finally got a hold of the rep they told me that they would be able to send the second flower till next week. After finding this out I wanted my money back but still have not gotten it back yet. On a side note both sets of flowers where supposed to be sent to the same address.... How can they deliver one but not the other!!!! Apparently one order was sent to a flower shop that doesn't deliver, and they did not inform me with an email or even a phone call. Needless to say I won't be ordering flowers from them again and I do believe I won't get my 100 dollars back for the second set of flowers anytime soon.
